It is disgusting how the call centre for Citiliner works. On the website it showed R335 per ticket from Umtata to Durban & when I called your call centre I am told it is R420.00 When I queried the difference in price I was told that your prices change without notification. In a space of 2minutes your prices went up R135.00. It is digusting & horrifying that we are obliged to use your services
